The coffee is good and the vibe of the place is also very cozy. However they don’t serve warm food like sourdough toast... or eggs…after 12:00. They also have in the menu the sourdough banana toast but never is available. Bear this in mind in case you want to have brunch there.Staff is friendly and very welcoming always.read more

We have been the most frequent customer of this coffee shop and have few favourites but everytime we reach there we... feel disappointed as the our favourites are always out of stock. Sad that the shop opens late on weekends and still if you make it to shop just an hour later after it opens you won’t find the things you are looking for.read more

A big no-no. Instead of poached eggs we were offered fried eggs - to an avocado toast and eggs benedict. Instead of... fried tomatoes - three sad slices of raw tomato. Tables aren't cleaned even though there's only three couples eating in, and no queue for last 20 minutes.Besides, "brunch" is only offered shortly in the morning.read more

09-March-2022I have been a long time regular customer of your Ballsbridge outlet.Today I ordered 2 coffees & 2 plain... croissants Euro11.00, The coffee was brought to the table & the croissants were not, went up to the counter to remind the brunette girl with the nose ring, i was abruptly told to wait a minute. then was completely Ignored.Needless to say the croissants did not arrive by the time the coffee was finished, so I went to the same girl to ask for a refund, then suddenly she seemed to loose understanding of the English language.Eventually I was issued a till receipt by another girl for a refund of Euro4.60 which I am still waiting on to appear back on my Revolut card, the refund seems to be like the non-existent croissants.TBH I am extremely upset with the way i was treated, yes the 3 girls were busy, i get that, but after a polite reminder, and a rather abrupt answer, i was completely ignored.This is no way to treat a loyal regular long time customer.read more

Had a coffee there after a while, coconut cappuccino and it was amazing, very enjoyable. No bad aftertaste or burnt... milk. Coconut milk will have a burnt taste if overheated even slightly as opposed to regular milk. Dont remember the Barista, but kudos to you. Ill pop in for coffee again and hopefully meet the same barista.read more

The after-taste of the coffee (Americano) was unpleasant. Been here several times, but I couldn't tell what it is. I... would describe this flavour as a spice, and sometimes I think it might be from over rousting. However, the place decoration is like a 5-star hotel, especially with the ceramic table; I love the decoration. The staff were passionate about their work.Would I return? Not for coffee, definitely, Unless they introduce second coffee beans to their collection. Take this review as a constructive suggestion. Thanksread more

Went in to buy a coffee this morning, I greeted the server to which she ignored me. I then asked how she was to which... she ignored me again. She then Told me the price and couldn’t even say thank you or you’re welcome.I felt like I was an inconvenience to her and did not feel welcome in the cafe. I Will not be back.read more

Deeply impressed by the barista skills here. There are many shops around that offer coffee but this one is exceptional.... Finally a cafe that does good coffee. Freshly roasted beans brought in accompanied with relaxing jazz and spotless stylish interior design. The staff are lovely. Thank you Robin and Julia. The prices are far more reasonable than say starbucks, butlers or other restaurants. 2.70 for americano and €10 for a mini soup + sandwich + coffee deal. That's unheard of in this area. All I would ask for is a Gluten Free option in the sandwich menu but I see you do GF cakes. Thanks for the loyalty card because you have my loyalty!read more
